Pineapple Angel Food Cake

I haven't stopped raving about this cake since the first time I tasted it. Pineapple Angel Food Cake is both cheap and easy to make. All you need are two simple ingredients:
  • 1 can of crushed pineapple
  • 1 box of angel food cake mix
Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 
  2. Mix the angel food cake mix and the crushed pineapple with its juice. Do NOT add anything else. The batter will get frothy. It almost looks wrong but it is not! There really is no messing this up. That's it! Your batter is ready. 
  3. Lightly grease a cake pan, and then pour the batter in. 
  4. Bake for 30 minutes until the top begins to brown. 

Enjoy hot or cooled. Add some whipped cream for an added delight.

*A great thing about this dessert is you can you easily pick up these ingredients and store them in the cabinet until the moment arrives.
