Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 1 avocado
- 1 bunch of green onions
- 6-8 Roma tomatoes (or your favorite tomato)
- 1/2 head of lettuce
- salt (to taste)
- 1/2 package of bacon (I used nitrite- and nitrate-free, no-sugar-added bacon)
Instructions
- Juice lemon, dice avocado, chop green onions, cube tomatoes and mix together in a bowl. Store in the fridge while preparing the rest.
- Cook the bacon.
- Fill a lettuce leaf with a piece of bacon and avocado/tomato mixture, roll up and eat.

This recipe easily feeds 2 adults, add ingredients or double for more people!
