Whether you are just beginning to get into the performing arts, taking your first serious steps into the basics, building your skills to take your performance to the next level or ready to take your tools above and beyond – if you are between the ages of 6 and 18, the Northglenn Youth Theatre Academy has a class for you!

Camps run 9am-noon & 1-4pm.
Bring a lunch and make it a FULL DAY of CAMP
when you add the 12-1pm supervised lunch period.
🎭 Overview
Northglenn Youth Theatre Academy offers a full summer of engaging theatre camps for ages 5–18, with flexible half-day or full-day options. Campers can explore acting, musical theatre, improv, tech theatre, and more in a fun, supportive environment.
🕘 Schedule Options:
- Morning: ~9am–12pm
- Afternoon: ~1pm–4pm (some extended to 5pm for productions)
- Add a supervised lunch (12–1pm) to stay all day
📅 Weekly Sessions
Camps run weekly from early June through early August, with themed offerings that rotate each week, plus select multi-week performance camps.

Choose from a wide variety of theatre-focused experiences, including:
- 🎭 Acting Fundamentals & Scene Study

- 🎤 Vocal & Musical Theatre Performance
- 💃 Broadway Dance & Choreography

- 🎨 Tech Theatre (lighting, sound, costumes, set design)
- 🗡️ Stage Combat & Movement
- 🎭 Character Development & Physical Acting
Younger campers can enjoy KITE (Kids Interactive Theatre Experience) and story-based acting camps.
🌟 Performance Camps
Multi-week camps give students the chance to rehearse and perform on stage:
- 🎭 The Frog Prince of Spamalot (2-week camp)
- 🍫 Willy Wonka Jr. (3-week camp)
- 🎟️ Missoula Children’s Theatre (full production experience)
All culminate in a live performance at Parsons Theatre.
