Arrrrgh you ready for some pirate fun? Northglenn’s Pirate Fest 2025 is returning this year with two main events: Pirate Night (on September 19th) and Pirate Fest (on September 20th). Dressing up in the theme is highly encouraged for both events as costume contests will take place each day.

The Pirate Festival is at the Northglenn Recreation Center and EB Rains Jr. Memorial Park at 11701 Community Center Drive, Northglenn, CO 80233.
Pirate Night (Sept 20th, 6-10pm)
Pirate Night is a fun evening for adults to dress up in their best captain attire and go out on the town. The Pirate Night will include music on the Main Stage, sword fighting, dinner, a variety of treasures, the crowning of the "Pirate King," and wonderful drinks. Entry is FREE for all ye' pirates! Food and drinks will be available for purchase on-site.
Pirate Fest (Sept 21st, 11am-6pm)
Saturday's programming is dedicated to family-friendly fun. Entry to the festival is FREE!
Enjoy food and booth vendors, mermaids for photos and questions, arts and crafts, bounce houses, treasure hunts, historical information, pirate demonstrations, character appearances, and more.
Ahoy mateys! A new tide is coming in to bring back Pirate Fest and the cardboard regatta for 2025! Aspiring scallywags are invited to build a boat of cardboard, duct tape, and paint, then paddle to race across Webster Lake at EB Rains Park for fun, glory, and the chance to win prizes.
- The cardboard boat regatta will be on Saturday, September 20.
- The festival opens at noon and boats need to be at the registration area by the boat house no later than 1:30 pm.
- The race is on at 2:00 PM.
- Boats will be on display and reviewed to make sure that they are following the rules.
