Premier School of Dance Fall Registration Open!

Classes from kids aged three all the way up to adult classes!

My daughter loves to dance. Anytime we’re standing in line, she’ll be practicing her tap steps (it drives me crazy, but it keeps her occupied!). The showers at the gym have a handrail in them, so whenever she showers there, she’s practicing her ballet moves at the ‘bar’!

So she is obviously very excited that registration is now open for dance classes at Premier School of Dance for 2017-2018, where she has been dancing for two years.  She started with Combo I when she was four, and took Combo II when she was five. Now that she’s six, she’s really excited that she has graduated from the combo classes and gets to pick which classes she’ll take! All ballet students from Ballet I and up participate in the Nutcracker performance in December, which is something she’s dreamed of since she was five, and she has lofty goals of being Clara some day! So clearly, we’ll be sticking with ballet, and she’s decided to try jazz. I can’t wait to see her grow that much faster now that she’s in more focused classes, it’s so fun to see her enjoy an activity so much!

Is your child a dancer? Or have you been looking to get them into dance and didn’t know where to start? After our two years at Premier School of Dance, I can highly recommend them with no reservations. I knew we were in the right place when we attended the first recital with Premier. I enjoyed watching the older girls, and can really tell how focused their teachers have been on technique. They were beautiful dancers! Every year I get a little teary eyed as they congratulate all the dancers, but especially the seniors who they’ve seen grow throughout their time at the school. It’s a pretty wonderful community they’ve created, and I’m so pleased to be a part of it!

Premier just announced their fall classes, you can see their schedule here. Enrollment began on Monday, but there’s still time to get your child into one of their classes. They have classes for children as young as three, all the way up to classes for adults! (If my husband didn’t work on Tuesday nights I would be in the adult tap class in a heartbeat!)

I hope we’ll see you there!
