The Summit Thornton is open and lots of fun for families!

(We’ve got special deals too!)

We drive past The Summit Thornton at least five times a week, and we watched it being built from the ground up. Every day we drove past waiting for them to open, and then the day finally came that The Summit Thornton was open for business!

The Summit has so much fun for so many different people, whether it’s a family outing, date night, or a corporate event, there’s something for everyone. They have a laser tag adventure in the Hidden Temple, bowling for all ages (and leagues), and the adult VIP lounge called Eagles Nest where you can enjoy bowling and pool if you want to get out with other adults.

Our Visits

I’ve had the opportunity to play at The Summit twice now and I wanted to share our experience with you (along with some special deals they just announced)!

My first visit to The Summit was for their VIP night. Courtney (my MK sales manager) and I had a great time exploring the laser tag, arcade and bowling areas. The owners were all onsite, and I learned that it’s truly a Colorado owned business. (They have two other locations – Loveland and Colorado Springs.) It was impressive to see the leadership of the company speaking so highly all their employees and the preparation they had done to get The Summit Thornton open. They even brought them out along the bowling lanes to do a special dance.

On my second visit I had my family with me when we hosted our Ralph Breaks the Internet party there. We had a wonderful experience during the party, and then my family explored the arcade and laser tag afterwards. We gave each of the kids a $10 arcade card and they had a blast in the arcade. Most of the games are around $1.25, so we helped them pick the right ones to make the most of their money. There are a few games in the arcade that are $3+, we didn’t do them on this visit, but there was a $5 virtual reality racing game that looked so fun! (If we didn’t have the kids, my husband and I would have been battling each other on it!) We also played laser tag and the kids had so much fun. Each round lasts about 10 minutes, so you’ve got plenty of time to rack up the points and see which team comes out on top!
