Premier School of Dance in Thornton has fall spots still available for beginner dancers from 3-9!
Our daughter has been dancing since she was three, and now that she's eight it's so fun to see how she has progressed over the year. She's been dancing at Premier School of Dance since she was four, and we have appreciated the experienced teachers and affordability of the classes. Below are the three most popular classes for beginner dancers, you can check out their full schedule here.
Beginner Dance Classes
Creative Dance – 3 Year Olds – Starts September 9th
This class for three years olds is an eight week session specifically designed for the youngest dancers. The 45 minute class introduces children to fine and gross motor movement, creative movement, socialization, music, rhythm patterns and use of props.
Class Times:
- Monday – 3:45pm - 4:30pm
- Wednesday – 10:0am – 10:45am
Combo I – 4-5 Year Olds – Wednesday and Saturday classes available
This is an hour long class that introduces the basics of Ballet and Tap with some activity on the tumbling mat. Dancers learn how to follow directions, follow classroom structure and use creative expression. Students will receive a free tutu when enrolling (while supplies last).
Class Times:
- Monday - 4:30pm – 5:30pm
- Wednesday – 9:00am – 10:00am
- Thursday – 4:40pm – 5:30pm
- Saturday – 9:00am – 10:00am
Ballet I – 7-9 Year olds – 🎄🎄Participate in the Nutcracker
Beginning ballet students are taught classical ballet technique and have the opportunity to participate in the annual studio Nutcracker performance. (This is the highlight of my daughter’s year, she’s so excited to find out what part her class will be doing this year!)
Class Times:
- Saturday – 11:00am – 12:00pm
- Tuesday – 4:15pm – 5:15pm
- Wednesday – 4:30pm – 5:30pm
