🚨UPDATE - REGISTRATION REQ'D - Arts Thornton Summer Concert Series

July 1, 2020

***  7/1 UPDATE ***

Registration is required for all concert attendees. ** Pre-register here to reserve your spot! **

Concert capacity is capped at 125 people based on required guidelines from the Tri-County Health Department in partnership with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. When you register online for our concerts, we will ask for the names and contact information for one member of your group. This information will help us notify you in case there is an outbreak of COVID-19 at this event. It’s also a state requirement to help track the spread of this disease.

Nonregistered, walk-up guests are not guaranteed seating unless there is room in the designated area. Guests will be required to register at the check-in tent when they arrive at the concert, providing contact information onsite before seeking an available spot. Adjacent identified parking spaces will be available for guests on a first-come, first-serve basis to hear the concert from cars. Children under 12 must attend the concert with an adult regardless of seating location.

Safety-spaced seating. Safety-spaced seating for all concerts begins at 6 p.m. for pre-registered attendees and is first-come, first-serve for pre-registered ticket holders. Please bring a copy of your ticket or have it ready to display on your phone when checking in at the park to confirm your space. Bring your own blanket or chair, and find an available square. Acoustic Tuesdays Concerts have a maximum of two people seated per square. Twist and Shout Concerts held on Thursday nights at Carpenter Park Field have small (two person) and large (four person) squares. If your group is larger, you will need to register for multiple squares.

** Live Stream Option. Join us on Facebook for live streams of all Acoustic Tuesdays concerts from the comfort of your home on any device. Pre-register for live streams here. **

In order to keep everyone SAFE at our events, we ask attendees to follow state guidelines for attending outdoor events including:

  • Stay at least 6 feet away from others as much as possible and refrain from mixing and mingling with others not in your household during the event.
  • Always wash or sanitize your hands as frequently as possible after touching anything at the event.
  • Face mask or covering on at all times when you’re not with your household group during the event.
  • Exit the event if you’re feeling ill, exhibiting COVID-19 like symptoms or if you have been in close contact with a person suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19.

Arts Thornton will host two free outdoor concert series this summer, Acoustic Tuesdays and Twist & Shout! We welcome your participation online and in person per your comfort level.
