Since 2011, Global Village Academy Northglenn, a K-8 language immersion public charter school, has offered tuition-free bilingual education for students in English and their choice of Russian, Mandarin Chinese, or Spanish.
GVA has a diverse student population and staff, with native-speaking teachers from around the world, and core content taught in both English and the studied language.The school offers smaller class sizes with technology installed in each classroom, plus an active and engaged parent community.
Annual international language and cultural events are a highlight of the immersion experience and include a Spelling Bee held in all languages, the Oratorical Festival and Culture Fest.
