Come social distance with Santa!!
We knew we had to bring some holiday cheer to the community this year since our No Line Santa event was impossible, and we're thrilled to bring you our first-ever Drive-Thru Treats with Santa!
This is a socially distanced event and we're taking that seriously!! Families will only be allowed out of their vehicles for a quick distanced photo and interaction with Santa. All helpers on-site will be in masks. Santa will not be in a mask so you'll still get great pictures, but we will be outdoors and families will remain 6-10 feet away. (And we're staying up to date on local restrictions and making any changes necessary, we want to keep everyone safe!)
What's a Drive-Thru Treats with Santa?
Families will drive through the Horizon High School parking lot and experience a short, distanced visit and photo with Santa. Along the way, they'll also receive a decorating treat kit to do at home as well as a bag full of crafts and other fun. We'll also have a letter drop where kiddos can share what they'd like for Christmas with Santa!
This event is $30/vehicle and includes:
- 15-minute arrival time slots (to avoid too much waiting!)
- Socially distanced professional photograph with Santa (digital file will be emailed to you and may include a very small logo from the photographer in the corner)
- Short distanced interaction with Santa during pictures
- Treat box from Cherry on Top Bakery with decorating materials that include either six donuts (morning slots) or six sugar cookies (afternoon slots)
- Letters to Santa dropbox
- Family goodie bag with two craft kits and other fun holiday items
- Specific time slot to enter the drive-thru experience

Our goal with this event is to give your kiddos a socially distanced visit with Santa, and a photo for you to remember this exceptional year! We've brainstormed some great ideas with our photographers, and are hoping you can get out of the car for a quick photo and interaction - at a distance. Kids will also be able to drop off a letter for Santa so they make sure their Christmas wishes make it to him!
(Please note if restrictions change we might have to alter our plan for getting out of cars, but we'll come up with a way to get really fun pictures from the car with Santa, I promise!)
After your time with Santa, you'll continue the fun and pick up more fun you can continue at home!

It's important to us that you don't have to wait in a line for over an hour and are guaranteed a visit with Santa, so our plan is to do signups in 15-minute time slots. We've thought, and thought, and thought about how this will work and think this will work well, but we've never done anything like this before! We're doing our best to make this a seamless experience for you and your kids!
I'm sure you have questions about how this is going to work, and we're working on finalizing all the logistics. We'll send an email out one week prior to the event with everything you need to know. For now, be prepared to arrive about ten minutes early for your time slot so we can get you in the right line and start your experience on time!
