Did you know that the City of Westminster offers massage therapy with highly experienced and licensed therapists at the City Park Rec Center?
I recently heard about this cool offering and had to go check it out for myself! I booked an hour massage and didn't really know what to expect, but I was overdue for a massage and very excited.
When I arrived at the rec center, I checked in with the front desk and paid for my massage, then headed upstairs to their massage rooms. Upstairs I found that the rec center has two massage rooms that make you feel just like you're at a spa. My massage therapist asked a bunch of questions about why I needed a massage and we came up with a plan, then I got to relax for an hour while he worked! I also got to enjoy hot stones and a foot steam during my treatment.
The pricing has gone up a bit in 2022, but I think it's still worth the price and is still less than what you might pay at a local spa. (Note that no tips are allowed, so the pricing you'll see below is the final cost.)

Three massage durations are available:
- 30-minute - $45
- 60-minute - $75
- 90-minute - $95
You can also pre-book a multiple massage package for additional savings.
