From storytimes to cooking classes, hands-on projects to live entertainment, their event calendar is loaded with opportunities for visitors of all ages. Destination World: Brazil Wright Farms
Thursday, April 21, 4-5 pm 

Enjoy a “staycation” in some amazing places all over the world. Travel to Brazil to sip on limonada while creating masks for Carnival in Rio. Appropriate for ages 5 to 12. Space is limited; registration is required. Visit the online calendar to register.


Real-Life Mario Kart Track Design | Huron
Tuesday, April 5, 4-5 pm  

Ever wonder what it would be like to build your own Mario Kart course? As a group, build a huge Mario Kart track to race Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit characters. Appropriate for students in grades 6 to 12.


Titanic Shuffleboard with Molly Brown House Museum Wright Farms
Tuesday, April 5, 4-5 pm 

Travel along with the Titanic from inception to iceberg with experts from Molly Brown House Museum. Learn the history of the ship and that fateful night through a fun and interactive game set aboard the Titanic. Appropriate for ages 5- to 12. Space is limited; registration is required. Cricut 101 | The Studio
Tuesday, April 5, 5:30-6:30 pm 

Learn the basics of using Cricut, a machine that can cut a variety of different materials, and make a custom mug. Appropriate for all ages. Beginners welcome. Space is limited; registration is required. Visit the online calendar to register.


Sheriff Storytime | Brighton
Wednesday, April 6, 10:30-11 am

Rise Up: Yaniqueques Wright Farms
Thursday, April 7, 4-5 pm

Peeps Catapult | Brighton
Monday, April 18, 12-1 pm

Tuesday, April 19, 4-5 pm

Create a Custom Wood SignThe Studio
Saturday, April 23, 12-2 pm 

Design a custom wood sign, and learn the basics of Adobe Illustrator and X-Carve. Prepare a wood piece for the X-Carve, learn how to create a design in Illustrator and export it for carving. Participants can pick up their wood sign at The Studio starting on Saturday, April 30. Appropriate for all ages. Beginners welcome. Space is limited; registration is required. Spinning Beats DJ Lessons | Huron
Thursday, April 28, 4-5 pm 

Have you always wanted to learn how to spin and scratch? Now’s your chance! Join us to learn the basics from DJ Chonz of the Denver DJ School. Saturday Morning Cartoons | Wright Farms
Saturday, April 30, 9 am-12 pm  

Keep on your pajamas and head to the library for cartoon viewing, cereal bar snacking, and extra fun. Discuss video game design with and create your own video game level with experts from Pop Culture Classroom. Appropriate for all ages. No advanced registration is necessary.


American Red Cross Babysitter’s Training | Wright Farms
Saturday, April 30, 10 am-5 pm  

Sponsored by Anythink Wright Farms and BraveHeart, Inc., this all-day training course will provide children with vital health and safety information for babysitting. This course develops leadership and decision-making skills and provides instruction on basic childcare and first aid. Participants who complete the course will receive certification, a babysitter's handbook, an emergency reference guide, and a babysitting sport pack.

Participants should bring their own lunch, snacks, and a water bottle. A $15 materials fee is due upon arrival; cash, Venmo, or checks to BraveHeart, Inc. are accepted. Appropriate for tweens and teens. Space is limited; registration is required. Visit the online calendar to register. 


¡El Día de los Niños! (Children’s Day!) | Brighton
Saturday, April 30, 10-11 am  

Join us as we celebrate El Día de los Niños/El Día de los Libros (Children's Day/Book Day),a special traditional Mexican folk dance performance from Fiesta Colorado Dance Company. Connect with the diverse cultural richness of Hispanic cultures through music, art and dance. Learn basic dance skills, footwork steps, and different Latino rhythms.

Participants will receive a free giveaway bag from the Early Childhood Partnership of Adams County (ECPAC).
