🏈 Kick off the fall season with some flag football!
Colorado Flag Football offers an exceptional program for first-time players who want to learn the fundamentals of football or for players who want to continue enhancing their skills before taking the next leap into tackle football. They offer programming designed exclusively for boys and girls Pre K through 8th grade. This program provides a safe, convenient, affordable, and fun opportunity to build the FUNdamentals of football.
There are no try-outs! Everyone participates!
The Thornton Fall season is a 7-practice/6-game season held on Sundays in a 5 vs. 5, non-contact, recreational, co-ed format. Teams are limited to 10-11 players to maximize playing time.
Thornton games and practices will take place between 12 pm and 6 pm on Sunday afternoons (subject to change depending on field availability and league size). Exact schedules will be created and posted 1-2 weeks prior to the season start date. Practices take place one hour prior to game time each week to ensure a convenient and fun experience for all! Schedule times can vary from week to week.
Participants will receive an NFL reversible jersey and flag belt, theirs to keep! Pre-Kindergarten thru 3rd Grade divisions will receive individual participation awards at the end of the season. Madden divisions (4th thru 8th grade) will participate in playoff games on the last day of the season - 1st and 2nd place teams only will receive awards!
