Our breath is powerful. Harnessing it allows us to feel less stressed, have better emotional regulation, and improve our focus and concentration.
But most of us didn't know that until we were adults - can you imagine how powerful it would be to learn those tools as a child?
When kids learn to regulate their breath from an early age they develop self-awareness, manage their emotions, and improve their focus and concentration.
Imagine having a child who from a young age knows how to breathe through anxiety, anger, fear, and joy!
But how do you make this part of your daily life at home?

"The last few months have been full of change for our family and it has really affected my 1.5-year-old's sleep. We've been at the end of our rope especially these last few weeks, getting maybe 2-3 hours of sleep per night. Last night we subscribed to Breathing with Brittany and did the bedtime video. Last night my little one woke only once and was quickly soothed and returned to sleep. Thank you Brittany!" - A Mom enjoying more sleep!

Brittany wanted the ability to make a bigger impact with kids, and created Breathing with Brittany to do that! The cost of the subscription is a fraction of the cost of seeing Brittany in her offices, and you get to take advantage of the courses every day.
Here's more about why she started Breathing with Brittany:
When I was getting my Masters in Respiratory Psychophysiology, not once was breathing education mentioned for children. To me that sounded silly; we're being taught to help adults with their breathing issues but what if we started sooner? What if a child could learn about their breath and how to harness its power? What if a whole generation knew how to breathe when they felt anxious? I think that would be world-changing! My passion is to help your family learn how fun the breath can be and learn the power within it!
