Hop into spring with the Eggcessible Eggstravaganza on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at Thornton Community Park from 9 AM to 12 PM! This family-friendly event features a traditional egg scramble where kids can collect eggs and candy, along with a special adaptive and inclusive egg hunt designed to accommodate children of all abilities. The fun continues with an exciting Nerf Dart arena, interactive games, and festive crafts for everyone to enjoy.
Don't forget to bring a basket or bag to collect your goodies, and be sure to open all plastic eggs before leaving! Lucky winners can redeem age-area prize tickets from the event speaker on the day of the event. Unclaimed prizes will be available for pick-up at Carpenter Recreation Center from April 1-7, 2024.
For accessibility, ADA parking is available in designated spots in the north and south lots, with additional reserved spaces in the south lot at the corner of E. 95th Ave. and Gaylord St.
